This invitation is used to invite anyone interested in attending the Preview Night Gala Reception to kick-off of the 6th Annual Express Orchid Exposition. Please feel free to invite those that will appreciate the opportunity to get first pick at the exotic orchids our world-class vendors have brought to the event. This evening is perfect for the hardcore orchid collector. This year we ask a $10.00 minimum donation per person to benefit the Orchid Conservation Alliance. All admission fees collected will be donated to the OCA. If you have a serious orchid collector in your life give them this special invitation. As an added bonus for the evening all orchid vendors are paying the sales tax for the evening on all your purchases. The more you buy the more you save! The attached file can be downloaded and sent via e-mail. Orchid societies may post this invitation in their newsletter or website for their members.

The San Jose Orchid Exposition continues to expand its following of annual attendees year after year. Last year orchid sales at the event skyrocketed as well as the foot traffic.

Print out a few of our show posters and put them up in high traffic areas for the public. Reader boards in cafes are great places as are your company's break room at work. Put them up in entryways and exits of storefronts that you patronize frequently. Just please ask permission of the establishment first!
E-mail our our web ad to your friends, family and the people you know that love plants. Orchid events provide good clean fun for people of all ages and backgrounds. People will appreciate the fact that you have thought of them. Also consider those people that love wine. We'll have some award winning wineries giving samples at the show.
Tell people about the show when you happen to come across a plant lover or orchid enthusiast. Not only will you get someone interested in the event you may also encourage a new membership for your orchid society! Do you remember who first got you interested in orchids? We all started out at ground zero.
